Our property development focus is on the acquisition and development of complex, mixed-use and urban sites. In the past three years we have acquired seven sites with a total GDV of £120m. We can purchase sites up to £50m which value we can enhance though our specialist expertise. We generally operate in joint venture with Asphaltic Freehold Properties.

Our architectural project management focus is designing and managing the construction of high quality architecture within an agreed time, cost and risk framework. We have expertise in procuring best value planning permission on complex urban sites. We work extensively with end users and RSLs in particular.
