A planning application has been submitted for a site in Holmes Road, Kentish Town which was acquired for development by Dominion Housing Association. The 100% low-cost shared home ownership development will comprise 27 flats, in a mixture of 1-, 2- and 3-bed units over five floors. Located on a triangular site, it is intended that the design will be fully sustainable, and will possibly include solar panels on the south side and a 'green' roof. |
