A showroom and office conversion for clients Giroflex, an office furniture manufacturer.

Within a tight budget and timescale EUA produced a conversion of an existing light industrial building which provided:

general office space with functional and aesthetic touches such as full height concealed wall cupboards; calm, understated showroom areas for the beneficial display of furniture; feature reception/entrance area which combined high quality finishes (marble, stainless steel) with a dramatic central pool and mannerist modern baldachino backed by mirrors and lit by hidden overhead rooflights. EUA provided a full architectural service from inception to completion.
