| The site consisted of a Grade II listed building forming part of the terrace of Gloucester Place linking through to a smaller building on Montagu Mews. The developer client wanted to open up the office spaces in the Gloucester Place Building and maximise the potential of the Mews building. EUA developed an ambitious proposal which entailed substantial clearance within the main building, and a basement excavation below the mews building to create an entirely new floor and internal alterations.
