The project brief from a private couple was for the conversion and refurbishment of a three storey house in multiple occupation in a conservation area to a single family house. Restrained, minimalist detailing and colour palette was used throughout incorporating items such as full height fire rated frameless glazed screens, cast and polished concrete sink unit and built in furniture. Great care was taken to restore the exterior of the house to correct period detail using conservation techniques and materials.

EUA designed the proposal, obtained all permissions, detailed the scheme and supervised works on site to completion.
