The scheme was built out, and even a tree immediately adjacent to the building was preserved with careful specialist foundation design.

EUA were approached by one of their regular developer partners to assist with a listed building development. The site comprised a single detached 3 - storey Victorian Grade II listed building. The building has been extensively added to over an extended period of time, such that the original listed core made up no more that 1/3 of the overall mass.

With a high quality detailed proposal and via extensive negotiations with the London Borough of Ealing Planning Department EUA achieved a planning permission for the complete demolition and rebuilding of the later extensions including additional space, all sympathetic to the core building style.

EUA therefore achieved an unusual quantity of additional space by extension to a Listed Building through the quality of the design.
