EUA are developing planning proposals for a site off Tottenham High Road in North London. The site will be developed to create 29 shared ownership and general needs rented flats. This is a tight backland site, bounded on all sides by an existing residential terrace, a school and associated playground and a supermarket.

Situated close to Bruce Grove overland train station, the site presently consists of a series industrial units which make up the Silver Industrial Estate.



This site was acquired by Genesis Housing Group from European Urban Developments (EUD) after the development was introduced by EUA. EUD is EUA's sister development company.
