A complex student residence development on the site of a redundant school to the South of Bath.

EUA achieved the notable feat of gaining planning permission in Bath for a building of uncompromising modernity yet contextual sensitivity with modern materials, forms and details, in sight of the heritage centre.

EUA believe that it is the first major modern building to be approved and completed near to the centre of Bath in recent decades. It is also a classic example of brownfield development with many sustainable and low energy features. The University of Bath, the end users, have praised the building as an exemplar setting a new standard for their accommodation.
