EUA's expertise lies not only in a long-developed skill in designing quality buildings, but encompasses an intimate knowledge of the planning process and expert legal and contractual knowledge. We have achieved over 250 successful planning approvals - often granted after complex negotiations with the relevant planning authority. Legal and contractual issues are handled by Paul Whitley himself, who is a qualified arbitrator and who has had a great deal of experience in negotiating on behalf of our clients to minimise their risk.

Meticulous attention to detail is key in the administration of those contracts, and coupled with complete management of the construction team. With this approach EUA is able to protect both the client's investment and the integrity of the design.
