• EUD concentrates on inner urban, off-market, complex sites where context and location present difficult challenges such as access, planning, rights of light and other technical issues.

• Minimum site area is 10,000 ft².
• Geographically, we work in inner London and within 60 miles of the M25. We consider sites further afield in special circumstances
• We often buy unconditionally but may consider other arrangements, subject to viability.
• We work with landowners to create development solutions designed to maximise mutual profits that competing purchasers will be unlikely to achieve.
• We are also well placed to assist potential partners who have a site requirement but do not have the contacts or resources to enable them to locate and secure suitable land
