Each person within EUA is actively encouraged to contribute to and participate fully in the present and future success of the practice. This inclusion is not only extended to the fee-earning architectural/technical members, but also across the board to administrative and marketing support staff. This has built a team whose combined skills and talents make for a strong architectural force with a necessarily equally strong support base.

Paul Whitley
Director

Has run the practice for 24 years. Key skills are design, planning consents, contractual issues and property development. Paul's wide range of experience, knowledge and passion has been the energetic force of the practice since its inception.

Alan Smith Oliver
Director

Has more than 20 years of experience in designing and is backed up with strong project and practice management skills. Alan guides each project from start to finish with his meticulous organisation and thorough understanding of all that is required to manage a project smoothly and efficiently.
